Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ChronoFlow's lead generation and advertising services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ChronoFlow provides AI-powered lead generation and advertising services that help businesses identify, target, and acquire qualified leads through various digital marketing channels. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Lead identification and qualification using AI algorithms
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Social media integration and management
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Campaign optimization and A/B testing

3. Service Qualification and Approval

ChronoFlow reserves the right to review and approve all potential clients before providing services. Not all businesses may qualify for our services. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to:

• Business legitimacy and legal compliance
• Industry compatibility with our advertising channels
• Minimum budget requirements
• Alignment with our service capabilities

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

ChronoFlow operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model with pricing tiers based on advertising channels used:

• Starter Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Multi-Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

5. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets the client's specified demographic and psychographic criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in the client's products or services
• Has provided accurate and complete contact information
• Has consented to be contacted by the client
• Passes our AI quality scoring threshold

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business, target audience, and marketing goals
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing activities
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Provide feedback on lead quality to help improve our services
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent

7. Data Protection and Privacy

ChronoFlow is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate security measures to protect personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChronoFlow's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
